GMAT Overview
The GMAT is an Aptitude Test. All Aptitude tests are modified I.Q. tests, which check suitability of a candidate for the requirements of a job or an academic course. All IQ Tests check : Language skills, Numerical skills, Memory & Application skills, Logical Reasoning skills and Hallmarks of Intelligence. Apart from these cognitive skills, GMAT also tests on the specific academic ability to do well on the academically rigorous and challenging MBA programs. So Data Insights is also tested.
